Email your documents to info@a2i.co.uk
Email A2i the document that you want to convert to a BSL video, or an existing video that you would like BSL added to, and let us know if you want subtitles too.
Tell us if you have branding guidelines such as colour palettes and logos to be added to your BSL video. Also, send over pictures, diagrams, and graphs from your print document, and they will be included in your video to optimise accessibility.

We send you a quote
Within 1 working day, we will send you a fixed price quote for our expert BSL video production services. We will state the turnaround time – usually within 5-7 working days – and if you have a deadline we will always try our best to meet it.
At this stage we will list any options and recommendations you may wish to consider. For example, whether we present your document as multiple videos, if it’s long, to improve the viewer experience.

You approve the order
You can review our quote and make any final comments regarding your expectations for your BSL video and details of the document. When you are fully satisfied, just email to approve your order.
