A2i is expanding! A2i offers accessible transcription to former ‘Braille Services’ customers…

We are thrilled to announce we are now taking on customers from social enterprise SLSB Enterprises Ltd (trading as ‘Braille Services’), a fellow alternative formats transcription agency that has recently closed its transcription service. A2i Director, Susie Fisher, offers a warm welcome to all our new clients.

After working closely with the management team at Braille Services, the agency agreed to transfer its client list to A2i Transcription Services. Braille Service wanted a high-quality transcription company with the right experience and capacity, and with similar style of work and pricing structures, to ensure a consistent service for their customers.

A2i is expanding!

We believe former Braille Services customers will find the same excellent service from A2i, with our prompt, personal and professional approach. We have already started to produce transcriptions for some of these new customers, and are in the process of contacting others to ensure as smooth a transition as possible to our services. What’s more, for each order from Braille Services clients, a percentage is passed on to the charity Sight Advice South Lakes, supporting visually impaired people in the South Lakes area of Cumbria.
