Join a User Group

We are looking for people who want to give us feedback and ideas.

We’re always looking to improve our services and ensure that our formats are as helpful as possible for our customers and end users. We are experts in transcription with 25 years experience, however we know it is important for us to stay in tune with you and your needs as they evolve over time. That’s why we are very keen to hear from you and take onboard all the invaluable insights you can provide.

• Join our Customer User Group if you work for an organisation and you have to arrange alternative formats for other people. You might have lots of contact with disabled people and be able to share information about what works best for the majority of people, or know about the difficulties organisations face in arranging other formats.

• Join our Consumer User Group if you’re an individual who needs to access information in 1 or more of these formats: Braille; Large Print; Audio; BSL videos; Easy Read; E-text; Tactile Diagrams. You might find that some formats work better than others or that there is a way we can make things easier to understand or access for you.

We promise, we won’t bombard you with messages.

We’ll send you a maximum of 3 surveys a year, and you can always unsubscribe at any time.  Your contribution is absolutely invaluable and we really value and appreciate your time.
