Information for RNIB Personal Transcription service clients

Following the changes announced by the RNIB about their Personal Transcription service, A2i are now supporting the delivery of this service in the following formats: Audio, Braille, Braille Music and Large Print Music.

The RNIB will pay the full cost of your transcriptions for up to a year subject to agreed criteria (see Note).

If you would like to get a personal transcription in any of the above formats, here is how it works:

1. Contact the RNIB Helpline to request your transcription (0303 123 9999 or helpline.mailbox@rnib.org.uk)
2. Send A2i the hard or soft copy of your document (info@a2i.co.uk, A2i Transcription Services, Unit 4 Montpelier Central, Station Road, Bristol BS6 5EE)
3. A2i will send your transcribed document to you once it is ready
