Daisy is a new format, often called a Digital Talking Book (Daisy Talking book & Daisy Book, etc). It is a combination of Audio and E-text. The visually impaired reader will have a special Daisy player or computer software, that will enable them to see the book on a screen. The corresponding portions of text are then highlighted whilst it is read out. We can transcribe your documents to Daisy format. Documents are adapted for audio and text where necessary, including transcription of diagrams and pictures if appropriate. Our Daisy documents include:

Music
We can also add music to your recording - this means there will be a musical intro at the start of the recording and the start of each section, and an outro. Either send us your own wav or mp3 files to add, or choose one of our standard tracks from the selection below:

Prices quoted are per A4 page (approximately 500 words).
You can expect approximately 180 pages to fit on a Daisy CD.
Please note that if you cannot provide your document in an appropriate electronic format, then a conversion charge will be added.
Standard Presentation:
All Daisy CDs include print labels free-of-charge.
CDs are packed into into wallets or cases (depending on number of CDs).
Other Options:

Various other presentation options are available on request for an additional charge.
Foreign Languages please ask for prices. A mimimum charge of 185.00 applies.
Maths please ask for prices. Maths transcription available up to degree level.
