Braille Transcription

A2i transcribes any volume of text into Braille - from single-page letters, to large books. We produce: high quality Braille double or single-sided Braille Grade 1 or 2 (we use Grade 2 as standard) binding, covers or other presentation options Braille labels in various sizes (Click here for our Braille labels) Braille in over 20 foreign languages, including Welsh, French & Spanish Maths Braille to degree level standard

All documents are thoroughly edited to give a consistent and easy-to-use Braille layout. A print title will also be added to enable sighted people to identify the Braille document.

Prices quoted are per A4 page (approximately 500 words).
Please note that if you cannot provide your document in an appropriate electronic format, then a conversion charge will be added.

Standard Presentation:
Braille is produced on A4 white 160gsm paper.
Braille documents include stapling/comb-binding/filing (depending on size) free-of-charge.

Other Options:
Various other presentation options are available on request for an additional charge.
